Firstly let me describe about importance of things in life...

Most important is life and definitely, a healthy life.
The healthy life depends on many things i.e. love, care, happiness, discipline and money(not for all).
Life is too short so lets decide live it with happiness...




Here are some tips to be happy..

1) Take action : do what you think, just start from the small decisions for example if you want to sing or dance just do it. if you have some words for anyone just say to him, don't think about the impact.

2) Make some close relationships : if you have close friends and relatives then share your all things that comes in your mind, doesn't matter its bad or good. Talk over phone with your old friends.

3) Make a discipline in your life : your sleeping and getting up time should be same in your working days, take a sound sleep of 6-8 hours. do 10-15 exercise or meditation daily.

4) Think positive : just think that there is nothing permanent, everything changes. so if you are unhappy and tensed then think that changing time is here and be cool.

5) Try something new : i.e. do something that you haven't done in your past like reading books and writing diary, learn some new games like chess,skipping etc.

6) Appreciate people : always appreciate others for their work. Say thanks,forgive all and pass smile.

7) Feel happiness of others : just help people and make them happy, then just feel its your happiness. Be a helping hand, then world will love and help you.

8) Focus on people and Goal, not on things : just care about your friends and your relatives, don't think about your society. be busy and focused in your life.

9) Fake it till you feel it : just fake things till you don't feel. After some time you will be addicted of happiness.

10) Focus and remember all above points.
