What is aloe vera ?
I don't think that its a good question to ask but as a blogger its my duty to tell you about blog in brief.
Aloe Vera is a succulent plant that is mainly used in herbal medicines and also in Ayurveda. The Aloe Vera leaves mainly contains two substances :
1) Gel, which is maximum quantity in water with several other nutrients
2) the sap, which is also know as aloe latex.
Aloe vera contains 75 potentially active constituents : Vitamins, Enzymes, Minerals, Sugars, Lignin, Saponins, Salicylic acids and amino acids.
Benefits :
1) Prevents sign of premature aging and wrinkles.
2) It Contains high vitamins and acids.
3) Its better for skin and directly can be used or can make a paste with olive oil and oatmeal.
4) Good to prevent hair fall.
5) Reduces Dandruff.
6) It Helps with sunburns.
7) Reduces Cholesterol and regulates blood sugar.
8) It boosts your Immune System.
9) It can be used as a make up remover.
